Terms of Service
Last updated August 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Twindra ("Twindra," "we," "us"), a trade name (Etablissementbezeichnung) of the sole proprietorship operated by Kilian Becher, an Austrian Einzelunternehmer based in Vienna, Austria, registered business address Linzer Straße 18, 1140 Vienna, Austria. By creating an account or otherwise using Twindra, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Eligibility
Twindra generates adult (18+) content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account. By using Twindra you represent that you meet this requirement. We rely on self-attestation at signup and at specific points in the product (see the age-collection fields in persona creation) — we do not currently perform independent identity or age verification (ID checks). This is disclosed, not hidden: see our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records statement for how this intersects with content involving real photos.
2. What Twindra does
Twindra lets you create AI "personas" — either fully synthetic (no real person's likeness involved) or built from photos you upload — and generate images and video of that persona using third-party AI models. Generated content is yours to use subject to these Terms and applicable law; Twindra retains no ownership claim over content you generate, but we do retain the right to store, process, and (where legally required, see Section 7) review it.
3. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@twindra.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Twindra to:
- Upload, reference, or attempt to generate content depicting any real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent — including yourself only where you attest to it truthfully, and never a third party.
- Generate, upload, or attempt to generate any content depicting or suggesting a minor in any sexual, intimate, or exploitative context, regardless of how the underlying persona was created. This is a zero-tolerance policy — see Section 7.
- Impersonate a real person (public figure or private individual) in a way intended to deceive, defame, harass, or without their consent.
- Violate any applicable law, including obscenity law, publicity/likeness rights, or intellectual property law in your jurisdiction.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the content moderation checks described below.
- Resell, redistribute, or provide third-party access to the Twindra service itself (as opposed to content you've generated) without our written consent.
5. Consent gates & self-attestation
Wherever Twindra accepts an uploaded photo (persona creation, LoRA training, character swap), you're asked to attest — via explicit checkboxes, not a buried default — whether the image is a real photo of yourself (with your consent), an AI-generated persona you have the rights to, or otherwise something you have the right to upload. These attestations are a condition of using the relevant feature, not a formality: providing a false attestation is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
6. Content moderation
Twindra runs automated checks (text and image) on generations and uploads before content is shown to you or stored permanently. We may block, remove, or refuse to process content that our systems or our staff determine violates Section 4, whether or not you were notified in advance. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations. See our content report page if you believe content on Twindra depicts you without consent.
7. Zero tolerance for CSAM
Twindra has zero tolerance for content depicting, or appearing to depict, a minor in any sexual or exploitative context. Any account found to have generated, uploaded, or attempted to generate such content will be immediately and permanently terminated, and we will report the account and available identifying information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.
8. Billing & tokens
Twindra uses a token-based billing system. Tokens are consumed when you generate content and are non-refundable except where a generation fails on our end (in which case tokens are automatically refunded) or as required by applicable consumer protection law. Pricing is described at checkout and on our pricing page.
9. Third-party AI providers
Generation is performed by third-party AI infrastructure providers (currently fal.ai and the underlying model providers it routes to). Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to these providers to produce your generation. We select and configure these providers but don't control their infrastructure directly — see our Privacy Policy for how your data flows through them.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Twindra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be unpredictable — we don't guarantee any specific output, likeness accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twindra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including the acceptable-use restrictions in Section 4. You may stop using Twindra and permanently delete your account, personas, and generated content at any time from the Settings page, or by contacting support@twindra.app.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Twindra after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
